4. The stainless steel valve seat adopts fully automatic plasma spray welding technology and is spray welded on the valve body. It is smooth, flat, stable and reliable, and has strong corrosion resistance to ensure no leakage during use.
5. The sealing ring has a "D"-shaped structure, which not only has material sealing elasticity, but also structural elasticity. The seal has the functions of pressure self-tightening and pressure compensation sealing. At the same time, the pressure ring can be adjusted to position the rubber ring to prevent the sealing ring from moving. , rolling and loose rubber bulges, so that the sealing force of each sealing point is balanced, the sealing wear is less, and the effect is good. The sealing ring can be adjusted, repaired, and replaced directly on the pipeline by disassembling the pressure ring, which is convenient and quick.
