Features:

 

1. The double flange butterfly valve has a reasonable mechanical structure and good pressure resistance. The shaft and valve plate are tightly assembled and mechanically fixed with a taper pin. The butterfly valve flange type  opens and closes reliably and has the dual functions of cutting off and adjusting.

2. This double flange butterfly valve adopts a double eccentric structure with axial eccentricity and radial eccentricity. When closed, the sealing surface of the valve plate moves with the eccentric displacement against the valve body sealing ring for extrusion sealing. The sealing ring is evenly pressured and has the function of becoming tighter as it is closed. The sealing self-compensating function has good sealing performance; when opening, the valve plate only needs to turn a small angle, and the valve plate sealing ring will be separated from the valve body sealing surface, reducing the friction between the sealing surfaces and making the valve durable.

3. The doubel flange butterfly valve  plate is designed as a double-plate truss structure, with a large circulation area and a small water loss coefficient.

4. The butterfly valve flange type body sealing material is stainless steel, and the valve plate sealing material is oil-resistant nitrile rubber. The valve has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, non-scaling, wear resistance, long life and good tightness.

5. The valve plate sealing ring is fixed on the valve plate with screws. It not only has a solid structure, reliable sealing performance, and excellent scratch resistance, but also is easy and convenient to adjust or replace the sealing ring on site, and has good long-term use function.

6. The valve shaft seal is made of carbon fiber impregnated PTFE, which has a small friction coefficient, is durable, and has good long-term sealing performance. It does not wear or age under frequent opening and closing conditions, and can be guaranteed not to be replaced for ten years.

7. All parts, packing and seals of the valve are made of non-toxic and harmless materials, and the inside and outside of the valve body are protected with epoxy resin.

8. The new manual devices adopt a fully sealed outdoor structure to ensure that the driving device is completely dustproof, moisture-proof and waterproof. No matter what working conditions the valve is used in, the driving device can always be in a good lubrication state, ensuring the service life of the valve. .

9. The manual double flange butterfly valve can be installed horizontally or vertically.
