1、Overview
CNQ series valve electric actuators are suitable for small and medium diameter butterfly valve.Ball valves are used for 90° rotary valves and other similar equipment.As a stable and reliable quarter-turn actuator,it can be applied to different control systems and different working environments.The integrated transmission mechanism allows the product to have a smaller size a compact appearance.Safe and reliable manual design,automatic hand/electric switching without switching handles.Good protection level can meet the needs of a variety of designs:ordinary outdoor type,explosion-proof type,intelligent swich type,intelligent adjustment type,intelligent bus type(MODBUS,PROFIBUS,HART,ect.).

- Power:The motor is a three-phase AC AC380V,50HZ.Single-phase AC AC220V,50HZ optional power supply:AC220-660v,50.60HZ(please specify when ordering)
- Ambient temperature:-20℃-+60℃ optional temperature -40℃-+70℃
- Relative humidity:no more than 95%(at 25℃)
- Working environment:common type for places without flammable,explosive and strong corrosive medium;explosion-proof type(EXDIIBT4) using environment IIA,IIB grade T1-T4 explosive gas mixture;explosion-proof type(EXDIICT4) CT4 can cover the application environment of BT4
- Protection level:IP65;IP67;IP68
- The motor is working:the rated running time is 10 minutes(special order 24 hours).Class Finsulation.
- Anti-corrosion coating:high temperature paint
3、nstalltion and disassembly
The valve electric actuator can be installed at any position,but it must be noted that the motor is in a horizontal position as much as possible.The electri box cover is in a horizontal or vertical upward state as the recommended installation method,which is beneficial to lubrication,commissioning,maintenance and manual operation.
4、Wiring precautions
Open the valve to 50% opening with the handwheel,press the valve to open or close the valve to check whether the rotation direction of the valve corresponds to the button.If it is inconsisteng,press the stop button to cut off the three-phase power and replace the three-phase power.Any two phases.
5、Stroke control mechanism adjustment
- Turn the handwheel to “close” the valve,loosen the screw on the output shaft,turn the closeing cam clockwise to dry it,close the micro switch,and tighten the screw.
- Turn the handwheel to “open” the valve,loosen the screw on the output shaft,turn the closeing cam counterclockwise,let it dry and open to the micro switch,and then tighten the screw.
- Manually or electrically open and close the valve to check whether the valve is open or closed.If it does not meet the requirements,fine-tune it according to the above steps until it meets the requirements.
